The bills relate to two houses, one on Coulter St. and another at 226 & 228 Stampers St. in Philadelphia. Such work as interior repairs, wood work, glazing, washing ceilings and walls, painting roofs and chimneys, laying a basement, soldering tin, covering a shed and privy with a tin roof, hanging wall paper, walling up a fire place, installing a new boiler, plumbing work, hanging drapes, and paving are mentioned. Costs of lumber, nails, sand paper, paint, wallpaper, bricks, sand, and cement are documented.
